Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury, damage to the product, and will void any right to a remedy under our returns policy.

We are committed to monitoring international product safety databases — including the ACCC Product Safety Australia database, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall database, and the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) — before introducing new products to our range.

SECTION 4 — YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. This includes but is not limited to:

SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in real life.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

SECTION 6 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING

We offer subscription products which involve recurring charges. By subscribing to any subscription product you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency specified at checkout (e.g. monthly).

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@blumibaby.com before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect from the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges already processed unless the product is faulty or you are entitled to a refund under your statutory rights.

We will notify you of any changes to subscription pricing before they take effect.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and is available at blumibaby.com/policies/refund-policy. Your statutory rights to a remedy for faulty or non-conforming products are not affected by our policy.
