Overview
Some products at Blumi Baby are available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can manage, pause or cancel them. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
Swim Insider Club — Subscription
The Swim Insider Club is our monthly membership programme. By subscribing you receive the following benefits on all future orders placed while your membership is active:
- Free standard shipping on all future orders
- 15% off every future order
- Free replacement pair if your goggles are lost or broken
- 1-year warranty on all purchases made as a member
How billing works
When you purchase the Swim Insider Club membership your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged on a monthly recurring basis on or around the same date each month. The price you pay is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your subscription.
Pausing your subscription
You can pause your subscription at any time with no penalty and no cutoff deadline. To pause your subscription, log in to your customer account here or contact us at support@blumibaby.com.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty and no cutoff deadline. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive your membership benefits until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Forgotten cancellations
If you are charged for a renewal cycle that you intended to cancel, please contact us at support@blumibaby.com as soon as possible. We will review your request and, where reasonable, process a refund for that charge. We handle these requests on a case by case basis.
Subscription management
You can manage all aspects of your subscription — including pausing, cancelling or updating your payment details — through your customer portal here or by emailing support@blumibaby.com. We respond within 1 business day.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available for immediate dispatch. The following terms apply:
- We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout depending on the product
- Where a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged when your order is fulfilled and dispatched
- Your payment method will be stored securely until fulfilment
- You will be notified by email of the expected fulfilment date at the time of purchase and again when your order is dispatched
Cancelling a pre-order
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. To cancel contact us at support@blumibaby.com. A full refund of any deposit or payment taken will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or applicable EU and US consumer protection laws. Where local law provides you with greater rights than those set out here, those rights will apply.
