Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and fulfilment before your order is dispatched. We offer expedited processing on eligible orders — this option is available at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Priority Insured Shipping

Priority Insured Shipping covers the full retail value of your purchase in the event your shipment is lost, damaged or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend this option if you require added peace of mind. Standard shipping does not include insurance coverage.

 

Duties and Taxes

We cover all applicable import duties and taxes on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional customs fees or duties upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have any questions about your tracking information, please contact us at support@blumibaby.com.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@blumibaby.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

 

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@blumibaby.com. We will investigate the matter with our fulfilment and carrier partners and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you selected Priority Insured Shipping and your order is confirmed as lost or damaged in transit, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund at your choice.

If you selected Standard Shipping and your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will investigate and, where we are able to confirm the loss, offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please note that once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address, responsibility passes to you as the recipient. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or that your shipping address has a secure location for parcels.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@blumibaby.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
